Dyne Gel Extraction Kit Ver.2는 agarose gel로부터 DNA
fragment를 30분 내로 정제할 수 있는 제품이다. Silicamembrane을 이용하여 pH 조정없이 40bp ~ 10kb의 DNA
fragment를 정제할 수 있다. 분리된 DNA는 proteins, dye,
agarose가 없으며 DNA sequencing, PCR, in vitro
transcription, restriction mapping, cloning, labeling등을 포함
한 다양한 실험에 이용할 수 있다.
