T3 RNA Polymerase는 23 bp 길이의 T3 promoter에
특이적으로 결합한다. SP6 혹은 T7 RNA Polymerase는 이
서열을 인식하지 못하므로 SP6 혹은 T7 promoters의 간섭
없이 DNA 서열에서 많은 양의 RNA를 전사할 수 있다.
