Bacillus stearothermophilus Bst DNA Polymerase 는 고순도로 정제한 재조합 효소이다. 5'→3' polymerase 활성 이외에도 이중가닥 5'→3' exonuclease 활성이 있으나, 3'→5' exonuclease 활성은 없다.
