Dyne Bio’s new enzyme, β-agarase, from Streptomyces coelicolor has been certified (registration number: 2018133248) as a new food additive by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) in Republic of Korea on November 1, 2018 for the first time in the world.
